APARTMENT AND VILLA ACCESS

Planning your tyre change in Dubai

For Dubai Marina, JBR and Downtown buildings, send the parking level, bay number and access instructions. For Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, Al Barari and villa communities, share the villa number and any community entry requirements. Basement clearance and building permission are checked before dispatch.

If your Tesla is parked at home, work or a hotel, tell us whether the owner or someone with the key will be present. A service appointment is confirmed once the specification, quote and access are agreed.

Choose the right tyre before the appointment

Use the model guide to identify factory reference sizes, then confirm your vehicle’s own tyre label. Some Model 3 Performance, Model Y Performance, Model S and Model X configurations use different front and rear tyres. A tyre’s size, load rating, speed rating and required specification must all match the car.

What your Dubai quote will confirm

The exact brand and tyre model, front and rear specification, required quantity, current production date and country of manufacture, availability, fitting or delivery arrangement, applicable VAT and the total amount. Warranty terms are confirmed for the tyre supplied.

Can you replace Tesla tyres in a Dubai basement?

Send the entrance clearance, parking level and location pin. We check whether the mobile team can enter and whether work is permitted in that parking area. If access is unsuitable, we agree another fitting arrangement before booking.

How do I enquire?

Call or WhatsApp 056 220 0777. Include your model year, tyre photos and a location pin. An enquiry becomes a booking only when the supply, price and appointment have been confirmed.
